Doutor em Artes Visuais pela Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), na linha de pesquisa Processos Criativos nas Artes Visuais (2021). A pesquisa articula conceitos do ato fotográfico por meio de narrativas ficcionais, promovendo atravessamentos entre ficção e realidade. Atualmente, investiga as relações entre materialidade orgânica e refugos urbanos, explorando questões vinculadas a psicogeografia do território e aos processos de construção imagética.

Participou dos Salões de Arte da Bahia entre 2008 e 2012, da IX e da XI Bienal do Recôncavo, do II e do V Diário Contemporâneo de Fotografia (PA) e do 15º Salão da Bahia. Foi premiado na modalidade aquisição no 18º Salão Anapolino de Arte (GO) e recebeu menção honrosa no 15º Festival Nacional 5 Minutos (2012). Exposição coletiva *In Natura / In Vitro no *Museu da UFPA, Belém-PA, 2024. 

Entre suas participações em exposições, festivais e programas de formação, destacam-se o Circuito das Artes – Triangulações (2013 e 2014), o 65º Salão Paranaense (2014), o 1º ENEFOTO – Encontro Nordeste de Fotografia: Narrativas e Alteridade (2016), realizado no Museu da Cultura Cearense, a exposição Fragmentos do Onírico, no Festival de Fotografia de Tiradentes (2019), e a exposição coletiva Olhares Transversos: Fotografia e Fotógrafos, na Galeria Roberto Alban (2019). Em 2026, participou da residência artística Conexão Pivô Salvador – CAMPO Teresina.

Doctor of Visual Arts from the School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), in the research line Creative Processes in Visual Arts (2021). His research articulates concepts of the photographic act through fictional narratives, promoting intersections between fiction and reality. Currently, he investigates the relationships between organic materiality and urban waste, exploring issues linked to territory, the transformation of matter, and the processes of image construction.

He participated in the Bahia Art Salons between 2008 and 2012, the IX and XI Recôncavo Biennial, the II and V Contemporary Photography Diary (PA), and the 15th Bahia Salon. He was awarded in the acquisition category at the 18th Anápolis Art Salon (GO) and received an honorable mention at the 15th National 5 Minutes Festival (2012).
